Fiduciary Responsibility
We have a fiduciary responsability to our clients.
Many people have concerns about who will act on their behalf in handling their fiduciary matters, including “solo agers”, those who live alone with no immediate family in the area. There are also people whose family members don’t feel comfortable helping and, of course, there are solo agers who would prefer that their family members are directly involved.
Working in collaboration with our clients’ attorneys, we will accept power of attorney assignments and professionally handle the responsibilities associated therewith.
